--------
Overview
--------

I started this hack somewhere around late September 2006. The original idea was to change some characters and text, but then I wanted to do some more stuff as I went on. Things started to become more fun as I learned more things regarding on how to edit this game. Here's an overview:

This hack follows Eliwood, Linoan from Fire Emblem: Thracia 776, and myself in a simple retelling of Fire Emblem: The Blazing Sword. Many characters, some from video games, one from an anime(that would be Sakura), and many original characters join up to thwart Ingram's plans, defeat the Fire Dragon, and maybe have some fun along the way.

Difficulty won't be that much harder, mostly along the lines of FE9 Normal to Hard Mode late game. I'm not a really big fan of hardtype hacks, FYI, and the aforementioned difficulty was easy for me, so there you go.

This hack has no title, because I haven't thought of one yet. So, sue me. :E

You can find my ever so updating progress on this patch on YouTube. I go by MageKnight404 there.

-----------------
What's to expect?
-----------------

- This patch is currently "Lyn Normal Mode friendly". Unlike most hacks I've seen, you can choose to play in Linoan Normal Mode and enjoy the tutorial as well as starting in Linoan Hard Mode.
- Currently, this patch goes all the way through Eliwood Normal Mode.
- Gameplay should feel mostly the same as FE7, but hopefully, you'll get a kick out of the new little things here and there.
- Lots of characters from video games(Like Luna from Lunar: Silver Star Story and Mia from Golden Sun), one anime/manga character(Sakura from Cardcaptor Sakura), and original characters(Like Chris and Jenny, the Pent and Louise of this hack) make an appearance.
- Storyline that's very similar to FE7.

---------------------
Known errors/glitches
---------------------

- If you play in Linoan Normal Mode, in the Prologue, when you see her possible attack range against the first Brigand, you can only attack up close. This is due to event data.
- Linoan's map sprite on every chapter opening(The overworld section) past Chapter 1 is that of Lyn!Lord.
- If you play in Linoan Normal Mode, on Chapter 4, Kid will likely steal Linoan's Vulnerary(if faster than Linoan) or attack her(if slower or doesn't have one). Read the directions ingame carefully to prevent a sticky situation.
- In Chapter 23(both), if you watch the entire chapter opening from scene to scene(that means pressing the B Button counts), when you begin the map, there will be random tiles near the top of the map that you can reach, regardless of movement. Doing so will glitch the game up. This can be fixed by resetting the game after watching the scene, or skip it completely by pressing Start.
- As something general, the recruitment conditions for characters haven't been changed at all. You still need to recruit units by using their FE7 counterparts. For example, in Chapter 13, you must use Matthew to recruit Altenna as you would to recruit Guy.
- In the end of Chapter 26, Ellen appears twice on the map. This is to prevent Jaffar from joining on Chapter 27 if you take Chapter 26x.
- Because I feel lame after hearing that Nomad Trooper can't use the Short Bow at Melee Range, I'm going to set its range back to 2. Sorry, but I want all bow classes to use it glitch free, and I don't want to give a warning to everyone about it.
- Ellen does not have a title in the Character Endings.

Anything else, please let me know.

------------
Future Stuff
------------

- Supports for characters, but that will come very slowly after the game is completed.
- Raymond Normal Mode, Eliwood Hard Mode, and Raymond Hard Mode will gradually become worked on and available in time.
- Changing Title Background and the "Nintendo Presents" thing.
- A few new maps to play around in after Eliwood Normal Mode is completed.
- Maybe changing a few music tracks when I properly learn how to.
